Yoga is one of the best ways we can actively participate in the stewardship of our own body, mind and heart. The practice is an exploration of one's edges - where we feel discomfort, where we want to give up, and where we feel bright. Each time we meet ourselves at the edge, we are reminded of what we are made of and how to deepen our relationship with ourselves, our community and the world.
In a class or private session you will experience breath centered moving meditation. Equal emphasis is placed on creating both strength and flexibility. Private sessions include personalized sequences tailored to your body and your goals...and lots of hands-on adjustments and feedback! Group classes are great to maintain and deepen your personal practice and to build community. My mission is to support you in investigating your body, your mindset and the unfolding of your life!
